Any fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or use of multiple accounts will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use maha4d services. By registering, you confirm that you are legally an adult under Indonesian law and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. maha4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all balances forfeited.
maha4d services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of account creation and during all betting activity. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of maha4d complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To use maha4d services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Indonesian phone number, and email address. You may hold only one Account on maha4d. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify maha4d customer support immediately via live chat.

All Players are required to complete KYC verification before they can process their first withdrawal. maha4d may also request KYC documentation at any time for security, compliance, or anti-fraud purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

maha4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 50.000. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 20.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction may require additional verification for security purposes.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB for most banks). E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
All transactions on maha4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and conversion fees may apply.
maha4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees or charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with funding your Account.
To process a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified (see Section 3). The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals must be in your own name and match the name on your maha4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction for verified accounts. However, total daily withdrawals exceeding Rp 100.000.000 may be subject to additional security review.
Withdrawals to BCA and BNI accounts are typically processed in under 5 minutes. Withdrawals to BRI and Mandiri accounts average under 10 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly. All withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. VIP-tier Players may receive priority processing with even faster turnaround times.
maha4d does not charge any fees for withdrawals. You may process an unlimited number of withdrawals per day at no cost. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving fees; these are beyond maha4d's control and are your responsibility.
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least 1× (one time) before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000, you must place at least Rp 100.000 in total bets before you can withdraw. This requirement applies to the deposit amount only, not to any winnings generated from that deposit.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at maha4d's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and closure of your Account.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover requirements" or "playthrough requirements"). The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements:
While any bonus or promotional funds are active in your Account, you may not place single bets exceeding Rp 50.000 or 10% of the original bonus amount (whichever is lower). Bets exceeding this limit will be voided, and bonus funds may be forfeited.
Each bonus has a validity period stated in its promotional terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and removed from your Account.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming any wager. maha4d will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error or as required by our General Betting Rules.
Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including football (BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, badminton, and e-sports. All bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules.
Live Casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and others are streamed in real-time from professional studios operated by licensed providers such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. All games are certified as fair and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed by the dealer and your bet will be settled according to the actual outcome.

Togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to the official draw schedules for each market (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney). maha4d settles all togel bets based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery authorities. In the rare event of a disputed or cancelled draw, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be paid out to your registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request a self-exclusion from maha4d. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access the platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. If you need a short break from gambling, you may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account is temporarily suspended but can be reactivated after the period expires. To request a cooling-off period, contact customer support.
maha4d reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the platform. If your Account is closed by maha4d for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time via your Account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased, never increased, without a 24-hour cooling-off period.
You can enable session time reminders that notify you at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) of how long you have been playing. This helps you monitor the time spent gambling and take breaks when needed.
